• Current CA Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• Requires accurate patient assessment skills and competency
in acid-base physiology
• 1 year Critical Care experience which includes
newborn to geriatric experience
• Adult, Pediatric and neonatal resuscitation skills
required
• Ability to work with PB 7200 AE, BEAR 3, Hamilton & Newport
ventilators
• Ability to work well independently and possess
excellent communication skills
• Ability to assess the needs of patients efficiently
and effectively
• ACLS certification, pulmonary function and sleep
